Procedures for picking up the parcel:


The employee of the logistics operator is obliged to deliver the goods from the car, he is not obliged to bring it to the customer's home
   
Upon receipt, make sure that the packages do not contain any mechanical damage

If you find any non-compliance, eg damage to the package, sign the bill of lading with the note "damaged package". Then, unpack the package and check that its contents are not damaged in the presence of the courier. If you find any damage to the components, complete the damage report with the employee. Only the damage report filled in upon receipt will be the basis for further complaint

Check the contents of the shipment for compliance with the order (e.g. color, number of elements / solids), inform us immediately of any discrepancies

If, upon receipt of the parcel, you find any deficiencies, damage or non-compliance, file a complaint: Complaint Form

Remember that when you sign the receipt document, you are responsible for any damage to the items sold
